Sunflower P64HH132 from the company Pioneer is a mid-season high-oleic hybrid designed for cultivation in regions with aggressive strains of downy mildew. This hybrid is distinguished by its high drought tolerance and resistance to strains of downy mildew A-G, making it especially suitable for planting in eastern and southern regions of Ukraine, as well as in the Polissia, Forest-Steppe, and Steppe zones. The vegetation period ranges from 110 to 122 days, allowing for flexible planning of agronomic activities depending on regional climatic conditions.

Hybrid P64HH132 is characterized by high yield potential, reaching up to 50 centners per hectare, as well as high oil content — approximately 50% — with an elevated level of oleic acid. Plant height reaches approximately 160 cm, which contributes to good development and resistance to lodging (resistance rating — 8 points). In addition, the sunflower exhibits resistance to such diseases as fusarium, fusariosis, and false powdery mildew, ensuring stable yields and reducing the need for frequent fungicide applications.

For successful cultivation of this hybrid, it is recommended to follow agronomic guidelines specific to high-oleic varieties, including the use of fungicide protection. Seeds are supplied in bagged units of 150,000 seeds, which is convenient for planning sowing operations.
