Ollimi sunflower is a simple hybrid of the new generation, developed using Sumo technology, ensuring high efficiency and adaptability to various growing conditions. The vegetation period ranges from 104 to 109 days, and plant height varies between 150-180 cm, promoting optimal growth and crop resilience. The hybrid exhibits moderate growth intensity in early stages, medium stem thickness, and a strong, well-developed root system, ensuring reliable anchorage in soil and resistance to adverse factors. Ollimi boasts high genetic yield potential, reaching up to 50 t/ha, and high oil content in seeds — from 50% to 52%. The 1000-seed mass is 65-70 g, and the oil content is at 22-24%, making this hybrid attractive for producing high-quality oil. The medium-thick, convex-shaped sunflower head facilitates effective seed formation and simplifies harvest. The hybrid demonstrates high resistance to major diseases and pests. It is genetically resistant to all races of downy mildew, and shows high resistance to rust (7 races A-G), fusarium, phomopsis, phomosis, alternaria, and sunflower moth, confirmed by ratings of 7-8 points. Additionally, Ollimi sunflower is adapted for use with SUMO/Granstar/Express herbicides, enabling effective weed and pest control, ensuring stable and high yields even under challenging agroclimatic conditions.
