IS 32450 is a sunflower hybrid intended for cultivation in various climatic zones, including steppes, forest-steppes, and forested lowlands. It is characterized by a mid-early maturity period of about 105-110 days, which allows for harvest at optimal times. The hybrid boasts high yield, reaching 51.3 centners per hectare, and high oil content in seeds at 50-51%, making it attractive for oil production.

Plants of the IS 32450 hybrid have a powerful root system, ensuring drought resistance and promoting better nutrition. Seeds are treated with fungicides and insecticides, providing protection against pests and fungal diseases, thereby enhancing yield stability and quality. The recommended sowing density is 150,000 seeds per hectare, which is optimal for achieving maximum productivity.

The hybrid is resistant to imidazolinone group herbicides, allowing effective control of weeds and especially the dangerous sunflower parasite, the sunflower weevil. To relieve stress conditions after herbicide treatment, foliar application of microelements such as boron mono-chelate, as well as potassium and sodium humates, is recommended.
