Description IOLLNA
Sunflower IOLLNA is a high-oleic hybrid of an early-maturing group with a maturation period from 101 to 109 days. This hybrid is distinguished by stable and plastic productivity, making it an excellent choice for cultivation in the Polesye and Forest-Steppe zones. The plants are above average height, which promotes good development and crop formation. The recommended sowing density at the time of harvest is 50,000 to 55,000 plants per hectare in Polesye and 50,000 to 53,000 in Forest-Steppe.

IOLLNA is characterized by a high oil content in seeds — up to 52%, while the oleic acid content in the oil reaches 88-92%, ensuring high quality and value of the product. The hybrid exhibits high resistance to shattering and lodging, which aids in crop preservation and facilitates harvesting. Initial growth rates and drought resistance are rated at 7 out of 10, while resistance to lodging is rated at 8, indicating good adaptability to various growing conditions.

Special attention is paid to disease resistance: IOLLNA demonstrates high tolerance to phoma, phoma, rust, white mold, and peronosporosis, with resistance ratings at the level of 7-8 points. There is no tolerance to root-knot nematode. Thanks to these characteristics, the hybrid ensures stable and high yields up to 4.8 tons per hectare, making it a profitable and reliable choice for agrarians focused on producing high-quality high-oleic oil.
