Sunflower Iollin

Iollin sunflower is a high-oleic hybrid intended for cultivation in the Polissya and Forest-Steppe regions. It is characterized by early maturity and high yield, reaching up to 4.8 tons per hectare. This variety is drought-resistant, making it a reliable choice for areas with variable moisture levels. Plant height is above average, promoting good growth and harvest.

One of the key features of the Iollin sunflower is the high content of oleic acid in the oil — from 88 to 92%. This ensures the production of high-quality sunflower oil with improved consumer properties. The oil content of the variety reaches 52%, making it profitable for industrial use. The hybrid demonstrates high resistance to major diseases such as Phomopsis, Phomosis, rust, white mold, and powdery mildew, reducing the risk of crop loss and the need for intensive treatment.

Agronomic characteristics of the variety include good early growth rates, high drought resistance, and resistance to lodging, which simplifies care and harvest. Thanks to these qualities, the Iollin sunflower is popular among agricultural producers seeking a stable and high-quality oilseed crop.
