Hysun 232 ITHO

Hysun 232 ITHO sunflower is a high-oleic IMI hybrid designed for cultivation using Clearfield (IMI) technology. This mid-season hybrid with a vegetative period of 112–118 days features high oil content — up to 52% oil, with oleic acid content reaching 88–93%, ensuring high-quality oil. Plants reach a height of 165–175 cm, promoting good development and high yield.

The hybrid exhibits resistance to major sunflower diseases, including rust, verticillium, sclerotinia, and is tolerant to charcoal rot A-G. Thanks to these traits, Hysun 232 ITHO demonstrates stable performance even under stress conditions such as drought and cold. Yield ranges from 47 to over 52 centners per hectare, making it a high-profit choice for farmers.

Recommended planting rates depend on soil moisture levels: 50–55 thousand seeds per hectare with adequate moisture, 45–50 thousand with unstable moisture, and 45 thousand with insufficient moisture. The hybrid performs well in various climatic zones, including steppe, forest-steppe, and Polissia, expanding its application potential and ensuring adaptability to different conditions.
