ES OASIS CLP

The ES OASIS CLP hybrid sunflower is a medium-early variety with a vegetation period of 105–120 days, adapted for intensive cultivation in the forest-steppe and Polissia regions of Ukraine. It features high initial growth energy and strong yield potential, reaching 48.4–52.2 centners per hectare across various farms. Plants grow to a height of 168–172 cm, with flower heads measuring 22–24 cm, characterized by an upward bend at the stem attachment point. Seeds contain high oil content — 47–48% — making this hybrid attractive for oil production.

ES OASIS CLP is grown using the Clearfield Plus technology, providing effective weed control, particularly against seeds of the parasitic weed Russian thistle (A–G races and some new forms). The hybrid exhibits broad-spectrum disease tolerance, including resistance to Phomopsis, white mold of the head and stem, rust, verticillium, Alternaria, anthracnose, and false powdery mildew. This ensures high yield stability and reduced risk of losses, which is especially important when cultivating under varying climatic conditions.

Recommended planting rates vary depending on soil moisture: 45–50 thousand seeds per hectare under insufficient moisture, and 55–60 thousand seeds per hectare under adequate moisture. Seeds are supplied in packages of 150,000 units, treated with fungicides and insecticides, providing additional protection during early development stages. The hybrid is resistant to lodging, drought, and temperature fluctuations, making it a reliable choice for modern agronomic technologies and contributing to stable profits for farmers.
