DAHA

Sunflower DAHA is a medium-early classic 7-row hybrid developed by domestic breeders. It has a vegetation period of about 114-115 days and a seed weight of approximately 55.7 g per 1000 seeds. The hybrid is adapted for cultivation in various regions, including the North Caucasus, Middle Volga, Lower Volga, and Ural regions, and is recommended for cultivation in Rostov, Penza, Volgograd, and Saratov Oblasts. Average yield in the North Caucasus region reaches 26.4 centners per hectare, with potential yields exceeding 48 centners per hectare under optimal growing conditions and sowing technology.

DAHA exhibits high resistance to various diseases, including rust, dry rot, gray and white mold, as well as to the pathogen race A-G. The hybrid is distinguished by very high resistance to lodging and shattering, which contributes to maintaining yield and improving its quality. In addition, the sunflower demonstrates high stress and drought resistance, making it a reliable choice for regions with variable climatic conditions.

The DAHA hybrid is adapted for use with modern plant protection technologies, including application of herbicides such as Granstar, Heliantex, and analogs, which ensure effective weed control and increase crop productivity. Oil content of the seeds is 50-52%, enabling the production of high-quality raw material for oil production. Adherence to recommended agronomic practices and optimal seeding density allows for maximum realization of the hybrid's yield potential.
