Codileg — a high-oleic sunflower hybrid designed for conventional cultivation. It features strong early growth and early flowering, promoting rapid plant development and timely harvest formation. The hybrid belongs to the mid-early maturity group and has a moderate growth intensity. Seed oil content is 48–50%, and oleic acid content reaches 82–84%, making the oil particularly valuable for the food industry.

Codileg exhibits high tolerance to a broad spectrum of diseases, including Phomopsis, basket and stem sclerotinia, rust, verticillium wilt, anthracnose, and false powdery mildew. The hybrid shows good resistance to lodging (7 out of 10), drought tolerance (8 out of 10), and high initial growth energy (8 out of 10), ensuring stable yields under various climatic conditions. Recommended cultivation zones include Steppe, Forest Steppe, and Polесье.

Growing Codileg using conventional technology yields high-quality crops with high oil content and improved agronomic traits. Due to its disease and stress resistance, this hybrid reduces the need for intensive pesticide use, promoting environmentally safe farming and resource conservation.
