Sunflower Bleid

Sunflower BLADE is a mid-season linoleic hybrid with a vegetation period of 111 to 117 days, ensuring stable maturation under various climatic conditions. This variety is characterized by high yield and adaptability, making it suitable for cultivation in the Polissya, forest-steppe, and steppe zones. Plants reach high height, and the head has a semi-tilted position, which promotes optimal growth and harvest. The 1000-seed weight is 60–65 grams, and oil content in seeds ranges from 46 to 48%, making this sunflower attractive for high-quality oil production.

Hybrid BLADE exhibits high resistance to major sunflower diseases, including false powdery mildew (RM9), Phomopsis (8), head and stem sclerotinia (9), and tolerance to race A-E of downy mildew. These traits provide reliable plant protection and help maintain harvest even under adverse conditions. Moreover, the sunflower demonstrates high lodging resistance (9), good drought tolerance (8), and high early growth (8), which supports successful crop development from early stages.

The recommended planting density ranges from 50,000 to 65,000 plants per hectare depending on soil moisture level, optimizing yield and product quality. Thanks to its agronomic traits and high adaptability, sunflower BLADE is a reliable choice for farmers aiming to achieve a stable and high-quality harvest under various natural-climatic conditions.
