ATLAS is a classic sunflower hybrid belonging to the early maturity group with a vegetation period of about 110 days. The plants reach a height of 160-165 cm, have a short stem and a large, flattened head with a semi-bent position. The hybrid is plastic to sowing dates and is suitable for cultivation on various soil types, which ensures stable and high yields.
The main advantage of ATLAS is its high resistance to a wide range of diseases, including downy mildew, sunflower gall rust, rust, sunflower moth, Phoma brown spot, powdery mildew, leaf and stem spotting, as well as white mold. Such resistance allows the hybrid to successfully cope with stressful conditions and reduce yield losses. The recommended plant density for harvesting is 55,000-60,000 plants per hectare.
The hybrid is highly oily, with an oil content in seeds ranging from 46% to 52%, which ensures a high potential for oil yield. The yield potential reaches over 5 tons per hectare (more than 55 c/ha). Due to its characteristics, ATLAS is suitable for cultivation in various regions, demonstrating stable yield and seed quality indicators.
