AMUR fungicide is a combined product with systemic-contact action, designed to protect various agricultural crops, including grapes, tomatoes, potatoes, cucumbers, and onions, from a wide range of fungal diseases. The active ingredients are metalaxyl at a concentration of 80 g/kg and mancozeb at 640 g/kg. Metalaxyl provides systemic action by penetrating into the plant through leaves and stems and moving acropetally, allowing the product to exert preventive, curative, and protective effects at early stages of infection. Mancozeb acts contactually, penetrating the plant within 30 minutes and providing crop protection for 10-14 days, including periods of rainy weather.
The product is released in the form of a wettable powder packed in 1 kg bags. AMUR is effective against such diseases as downy mildew (false powdery mildew) on grapes, phytophthora, peronosporosis, alternaria, and other spot diseases. Thanks to the combination of systemic and contact mechanisms of action, the fungicide ensures reliable plant protection and helps reduce the risk of pathogen resistance development.
AMUR belongs to moderately toxic preparations (Class II according to WHO classification), is low-toxic to mammals, and is safe for birds, fish, and bees. It is compatible with pesticides having a neutral reaction and is advisable to use it in integrated plant protection systems together with insecticides. The working liquid consumption rate is 800-1000 l/ha for vineyards and 150-450 l/ha for tomatoes, which ensures optimal coverage and treatment efficiency.
