Sunflower plants of the 1100 IMI hybrid are tall at maturity, with green leaves slightly blistered, and orange-yellow disc flowers. The hybrid is non-branching, and its seeds feature clearly defined marginal stripes. These characteristics facilitate convenient agronomic care and efficient harvest collection.

Hybrid 1100 IMI is recommended for cultivation using Clearfield technology, providing genetic resistance to five species of ragweed and wild oats.
