FD Drop

FD Drop is a late-maturing hybrid sugar beet, registered in the State Register for the North Caucasus region. The plant exhibits high growth vigor and medium yield, reaching up to 211 centners per hectare with sugar content in the roots at 16.2%. The root has a medium-length, narrow-conical shape, facilitating harvesting and processing.

During testing, the FD Drop hybrid demonstrated resistance to major diseases and pests such as root rots, cercosporosis, and damage by root-eating insects. This trait significantly reduces yield losses and improves quality, which is especially important for farmers aiming for stable and high sugar beet production.

Growing FD Drop requires careful attention, including soil preparation, fertilizer application, and timely pest and disease control. Adhering to agronomic practices and harvest timing allows achieving maximum yield and high sugar content.
