Description MADAME ROUJETT
Madame Roujett is an early-maturing table beet variety that ripens within 80-100 days. The variety was bred by breeders Lukyanenko A. N., Dubinin S. V., and Dubinina I. N. and is characterized by high productivity and adaptability to various growing conditions. The leaf rosette is semi-erect, which facilitates plant care.

Madame Roujett roots have an oval shape with a smooth dark-red surface and homogeneous red flesh. The weight of the roots varies from 130 to 250 grams, while individual specimens can reach a mass of up to 550 grams. The beet possesses excellent taste qualities due to its high sugar content (around 10.3%) and dry matter (12.6%), making it especially sweet and pleasant to the taste.

This variety is distinguished by high yield and marketability, with harvest indicators ranging from 260 to 411 centners per hectare. Madame Roujett is suitable for culinary processing, canning, and winter storage, thanks to the good storability of the roots, which reaches 6-7 months. High technological qualities make this variety in demand among gardeners and vegetable producers.
