Mariska Spinach F1 is a mid-early hybrid with a maturation period of 20 to 31 days. The plant is robust with an elevated rosette, ensuring ease of harvest. Leaves are large, dark green, slightly ruffled, tender and juicy, making this variety especially appealing for various cooking methods and consumption.
Mariska spinach seeds are sown in open ground from April to August, and the harvest is collected from May to September, before the appearance of flowering stalks, preferably in the morning hours. The hybrid is characterized by high yield – from 2.5 to 3 kg per square meter, which allows for obtaining a stable and abundant harvest.
Mariska spinach possesses valuable dietary properties, including protein content, a complex of vitamins, and mineral salts such as iron, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. The hybrid is resistant to powdery mildew, cold, and bolting, which increases its reliability during cultivation. This variety is suitable for use fresh, as well as for frying, freezing, and canning.
