Description PRIMORSKAYA 13
PRIMORSKAYA 13 — a medium-maturing soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) variety recommended for cultivation in the Primorsky and Khabarovsk regions. The plant is of indeterminate growth type, medium in height — about 83.6 cm, with a semi-upright form and gray pubescence on the main stem. The lower pod attaches at a height of 15.1 cm. Flowers are purple, seeds are of medium size, elongated, yellow with a light brown hilum. The vegetation period is up to 118 days, and the time of flowering onset is very late. Average yield in the Far East region reaches 18.8 c/ha, while the maximum yield of 30.0 c/ha was recorded in the Khabarovsk region. Seeds are characterized by high protein content — 37.2% and fat — 21.6%. To increase the stability and productivity of the PRIMORSKAYA 13 variety, the Albit preparation is widely used, which acts as an antidote and growth regulator. It reduces the phytotoxic effect of herbicides, improves field germination, increases the number of nitrogen-fixing nodules, and activates growth processes. Albit contributes to increased plant resistance to adverse conditions, diseases, and stresses, which ultimately improves the quality and quantity of the harvest. Based on multi-year studies, Albit treatment increases soybean yield by an average of 3.2 c/ha (19.6%) and also demonstrates high biological efficacy against major diseases such as fusarium, ascohitosis, septoria, and cercosporiosis. The PRIMORSKAYA 13 variety is a promising choice for farmers of the Far East region due to its high yield and seed quality indicators. Its characteristics allow successful cultivation of the crop under regional conditions, and the use of modern biopreparations such as Albit further enhances plant stability and productivity. This makes this variety attractive for comprehensive application in agriculture aimed at obtaining high-quality, protein-rich soybean crops.
