Alinda — an early-maturing soybean variety with a vegetation period of 95 to 100 days, characterized by rapid early growth and high productivity potential. Plants reach a height of 90–95 cm, have oval yellow seeds with a 1000-seed weight of 145 to 174 g. The variety is noted for its adaptability to growing conditions, drought resistance, lodging resistance, resistance to major diseases, as well as resistance to seed cracking and low temperatures during flowering and fruiting.
The yield potential of the Alinda variety is 3.5–3.8 t/ha (35–38 c/ha), ensuring record stability. Protein content in the seeds ranges from 40–42%, and fat content is 19–21%, making this variety valuable for producing high-quality soy products. The medium-oilseed type facilitates wide application in both food and feed industries.
For sowing, a depth of 3–4 cm is recommended, a planting density at harvest time of 550–750 thousand plants per hectare, and row spacing of 15–25 cm. The variety is especially suitable for cultivation in the Polissia and Forest-Steppe regions of Ukraine, where it demonstrates high adaptability and stable yields even under adverse weather conditions.
