Tiliguul sunflower is a high-oil variety recommended for oilseed production, especially in the steppe zone. This early-maturing variety was registered in 2015 by the Selection-Genetic Institute and is characterized by a short vegetation period of 91-94 days. Plants reach an average height of 145 to 165 cm, and the head has an average size, convex shape, and downward orientation.
Oil content in Tiliguul seeds ranges from 47 to 50%, with oleic acid content reaching 80%, ensuring high-quality oil. Seed density is 430-435 g/l, indicating good seed density and quality. Recommended seeding rate depends on the growing zone: in the steppe, it is 50,000 - 55,000 seeds per hectare, and in the forest-steppe zone — 60,000 - 62,000 seeds per hectare.
Tiliguul is distinguished by its high oil content and adaptation to steppe zone conditions, making it an attractive choice for farmers aiming to produce high-quality, high-oleic sunflower oil. Thanks to its early maturity and optimal agronomic parameters, this variety allows efficient planning of sowing operations and stable yields.
