Description TIMOE
TIMOE sunflower is a high-yielding hybrid of oil type, developed for cultivation in various climatic conditions, including Ukraine. This variety features a medium-early maturity period — about 115 days, with a flowering period of 69 days, allowing effective planning of agronomic activities. Seeds have a weight of 70 grams per 1000 seeds and belong to the first quality class, ensuring high germination and uniformity of sowing.

The TIMOE hybrid has a strong root system, providing resistance to drought and cold, as well as high resistance to stress factors and lodging. It demonstrates genetic resistance to major sunflower diseases such as rust, fomopsis, sclerotinia, fomosis, and peronosporosis, significantly reducing the risk of yield loss and minimizing the need for chemical protection.

TIMOE is characterized by high oil content — approximately 54% — making it attractive for oil production. The potential yield of the hybrid is 55-58 centners per hectare when agronomic requirements are met. Sowing is recommended in April, which corresponds to optimal timing for spring crops. The producer is ALFA Seeds (France), guaranteeing high seed quality without GMOs.
