MAVRIX

MAVRIX — a high-oleic sunflower hybrid of the new generation, designed for conventional cultivation. It features low stature and a compact root system that securely anchors deep into the soil, ensuring plant stability against lodging and adverse weather conditions. The hybrid has an early maturity period and high plasticity, allowing successful cultivation in various climatic zones, including infertile and flooded soils. The vegetation period is approximately 105-110 days, contributing to early harvests.

MAVRIX exhibits high resistance to major sunflower diseases, including false powdery mildew, downy mildew (7 races A-G), phomopsis, as well as white and gray mold. It is also highly resistant to sclerotinia and phomopsis, significantly reducing the risk of yield loss. The hybrid also demonstrates very high drought and shattering resistance, making it a reliable choice for regions with variable weather conditions.

The potential yield of MAVRIX reaches 50 t/ha and higher, with oil content around 52% and oleic acid content up to 93%, ensuring high-quality oil. Oil extraction rates vary from 48% to 150%, despite a short ripening stage. The recommended planting density depends on regional humidity and ranges from 55,000 to 75,000 plants per hectare.
