Soybean variety Estafeta belongs to elite early-maturing varieties of arilousperma. Plants of medium height — from 75 to 85 cm, have a semi-erect form with a thick central stem and yellow-brown pubescence. Flowers are purple, and seeds are round-convex, light-yellow in color with a hilum matching the color of the seed coat, and 1000-seed mass ranging from 140 to 150 grams. This variety is characterized by enhanced drought resistance, resistance to lodging, seed shattering, and pests, making it a reliable choice for cultivation under various agroclimatic conditions. The recommended seeding rate is 0.6–0.7 million viable seeds per hectare, and the planting method can be either conventional row or wide-row. Yield of this variety reaches 3.7–3.9 tons per hectare, confirming its high productivity among early-maturing soybean varieties registered in the State Register of Plant Varieties of Ukraine. The vegetation period and agroecological properties of the variety facilitate its successful use in crop rotation, particularly as a preceding crop for winter wheat. Oil content in Estafeta seeds is 22–23%, and protein content — 39–40%, making it valuable for producing food and feed products. High protein and oil content in the seeds provide additional economic benefits when cultivating this variety. Due to its resistance to adverse conditions and high yield, soybean Estafeta is an optimal choice for farmers aiming to achieve a high-quality and stable harvest.
