Plants are of medium height, ranging from erect to semi-erect, with reddish-brown pubescence on the main stem and lanceolate-obovate lateral leaflets. Flowers can be white or purple depending on the growing region. Seeds are yellow, elongated, with a yellow hilum, with a medium mass of 1000 seeds ranging from 151 to 166 grams. The height of the attachment of the lower pod is about 18.5 cm. Protein content in seeds varies from 34.4% to 42.3%, and fat content from 20.0% to 22.0%, making this variety promising for obtaining high-quality raw materials.
The variety is recommended for cultivation in various regions of Russia, including the Amur region, the Far East, and the Central region with Tula, Bryansk, and Kaluga regions. The yield of the INTRIGA variety reaches an average of 21-22 c/ha, with maximum indicators up to 27.4 c/ha in the Amur region and up to 45.4 c/ha in the Tula region, indicating a high productivity potential and adaptability of the variety to different climatic conditions.
For successful cultivation of the INTRIGA soja variety, it is important to ensure balanced mineral nutrition, taking into account the high demand for molybdenum, boron, and other microelements, especially during the period from germination to flowering and mass pod filling. Nitrogen fertilizers have limited efficiency, as nitrogen is partially compensated by biological fixation.
