Obtained at the North Caucasus Research Institute of Mountain and Pre-mountain Horticulture from crossing Hungarian Vanengheim x Kabardian Early. Introduced into the State Register in 2004 for the North Caucasus region.
Medium-sized tree. Crown is broad-pyramidal and dense.
Fruits are very large, 43 g, dark-blue, with moderate waxy coating. Flesh is light-yellow. Flavor is sweet-tart, excellent.
Mid-season ripening. Relatively resistant to fungal diseases. Self-fertile. Universal.
