Description TROMBON
Spinat Trombon F1 is an early, high-yielding hybrid of Dutch selection from Hazera, intended for cultivation in open and protected ground. The plant forms a neat semi-erect rosette of medium size, with a height of about 30-32 cm and a diameter of up to 55 cm. Leaves have an emerald or dark green color, an oval shape with a smooth surface and weak or absent blistering, as well as short petioles. This hybrid is characterized by a slowed growth rate and resistance to bolting, as well as complete immunity to downy mildew, which ensures a stable yield.

The vegetative period of the Spinat Trombon is 38-42 days, which allows for sowing in several terms: from early April to mid-June and from late July to early September. The plant prefers a moderate climate and fertile soils with systematic watering, tolerating neither low temperatures nor heat well. Thanks to these features, the hybrid is suitable for year-round cultivation, including use on balcony beds.

Spinat Trombon F1 is universal in application: its greens are excellent for fresh consumption, canning, and freezing. Yield ranges from 1.3 to 2 kg per square meter, while the leaf taste is pleasant and rich. Fresh leaves can be stored for up to 14 days, making this variety attractive for both home use and commercial processing and sale on the fresh market.
