Rembor is an early and medium-early spinach hybrid characterized by high yield and quality greens. The vegetative period lasts about 45-47 days from sowing. The plant forms an elevated, compact leaf rosette up to 20 cm high. Leaves are smooth, glossy, round with a slight curl and a medium-bubbly surface, rich green in color. The mass of one plant reaches 35-43 grams, and the yield is 2.6-3 kg per square meter. The hybrid is resistant to bolting, many races of fusarium, and possesses heat tolerance, allowing cultivation in various climatic conditions. Spinach Rembor is recommended for sowing in spring and summer, and can also be cultivated in protected ground and containers, enabling fresh green harvest year-round. It withstands temperature stresses well but dislikes excessively hot weather. To achieve high yields, systematic watering is required; the crop does not have special soil requirements. Thanks to the late start of bolting, the hybrid does not bolt even under long-day conditions, extending the growing period. This spinach is widely used both fresh and after thermal processing, where it retains its valuable nutritional properties. It is rich in easily digestible protein, vitamins A, C, E, as well as antioxidants and minerals such as iron, calcium, and magnesium. Thanks to these qualities, Rembor is suitable for healthy dietary food and modern cuisine. Additionally, the hybrid is suitable for winter preparations — freezing and canning, making it a versatile and in-demand product.
