The vegetation period is about 35-40 days, allowing for an ultra-early harvest from late May to October. The plant prefers sunny areas with fertile and drained soil, forming a compact bush 10 to 50 cm high with a neat semi-spreading crown and round dark green leaves.
This hybrid is characterized by high resistance to downy mildew and other diseases, as well as heat tolerance, which allows it not to bolt even at abnormally high temperatures. Clipper spinach leaves are dense, with a glossy matte surface, ensuring product preservation during mechanized harvesting and packaging. Yield reaches 2-3 kg per square meter, and after harvesting, the leaves retain fresh and attractive appearance for a long time, tolerating storage under ordinary refrigeration conditions well.
Spinach Clipper F1 is suitable for raw consumption, as well as for processing and preparing various dishes.
