Description Inka
Spinach variety INKA is a mid-late hybrid that is distinguished by high resistance to unfavorable conditions and diseases, in particular to downy mildew. The plant forms a semi-upright dark green leaf rosette with an oval or broad egg-shaped shape, weakly blistered, and with edges turned outwards. Leaves have a mass ranging from 50 to 90 grams, and plant height varies from 16 to 30 cm depending on growing conditions. This hybrid is resistant to bolting, which allows its use for obtaining tender baby-leaf young leaves at increased sowing density.

The vegetative period of INKA spinach ranges from 20 to 40 days, which allows growing it in open and closed ground, as well as on balconies. Sowing of seeds is recommended after the soil warms up to +5 degrees Celsius at a depth of 1-1.5 cm with a rate of 4-5 grams per square meter. Yield reaches from 1.8 to 3.5 kg per square meter, which makes this variety attractive for commercial cultivation and home use.

INKA spinach is excellent for use fresh and in cooking, thanks to good taste qualities and versatility. Main care for the plant includes regular watering, soil loosening, weed removal, and fertilization, which contributes to obtaining a high and quality yield. The hybrid is recommended for growing in all seasons, which expands its usage possibilities on various types of plots.
