ROYAL NIGHT

The root celery variety "Royal Night" belongs to mid-season varieties and reaches technical maturity 150-160 days after germination. The root crops of this variety differ in their large size, weighing up to 1 kg, round shape, and greyish-white color. Their surface is smooth, with a small root cluster located in the lower part. The flesh is tender, aromatic, and has a high sugar content, which makes this celery particularly tasty and healthy.

Growing this variety is recommended via seedlings: sowing seeds is conducted in mid-February to early March, and transplanting seedlings into open ground is carried out at the end of May, adhering to a planting scheme of 35x40 cm. The root crops have moderate soil immersion and are easily pulled out, which facilitates harvesting. The variety is characterized by good storage quality and transportability, which allows maintaining product quality during storage and transport.
