The plant forms a small rosette of 19-22 leaves, and the root crop has a round shape and a mass of up to 150 grams. For successful cultivation of PARUBOK, the seedling method is recommended. Before sowing, seeds are soaked in room-temperature water for a couple of days to accelerate germination, then slightly dried and sown in boxes with a soil mixture of sod land, manure, and sand to a depth of about 0.5 cm. Pricking out is conducted after the first true leaves appear, which helps in forming a strong and healthy seedling.
