Grain yield exceeds 53%, and ears exude milky juice upon pressure, indicating freshness and juiciness.

The vegetation period of corn Larus ranges from 70 to 80 days, allowing for early and stable harvests. The hybrid is highly productive and suitable for both main and late harvests. Due to its characteristics, Larus is ideal for fresh consumption as well as processing — freezing and canning. Moreover, this variety has the longest storage life among similar hybrids when harvested, making it convenient for fresh market sales.

For successful cultivation of corn Larus, it is recommended to plant in warm, sunny, and wind-protected areas with soil temperature not below +15°C. Avoid cold and wet soil, and observe crop rotation to prevent monoculture. Fertilization includes phosphorus-potassium in autumn and nitrogen in spring. Irrigation should be regular — 4-5 times per season with a norm of 400-500 mm of water per hectare. Harvest manually as the ears ripen, selecting fully developed but soft and juicy kernels.
