Rye

Rye is a cereal crop widely used for making flour, flakes, and sprouts. Traditionally, rye flour is used to bake bread and other baked goods, which are suitable for daily consumption due to their beneficial properties. Rye bread has a rich flavor and is an important source of B-vitamin group, necessary for maintaining healthy skin, hair, and nails.
