TRICIA is a narrow-leaved double-row mustard, a perennial plant with bright green leaves that are deeply cut and have a distinct aroma. The leaves have a sharp mustard-nut flavor, reminiscent of rocket but softer and juicier.
The variety is widely used in cooking: young leaves are added to salads, sandwiches, and as a side dish for meat and fish dishes. Thanks to their rich flavor, they are able to give dishes brightness and freshness without the need for additional spices.
TRICIA is grown both in open ground and in protected conditions, which makes it convenient for garden and vegetable plots. The period from full germination to the start of greens cutting is about 20–25 days, which allows for a quick early season harvest.
