Rosemary Rosinka

Rosemary "ROZMARINE" is a perennial evergreen aromatic plant growing 40-60 cm tall, featuring an attractive leafy form and blue-violet flowers appearing in March. Its leaves have a sweet-spicy aroma and rich flavor, making it valuable for both culinary and medicinal purposes.

In culinary use, "ROZMARINE" serves as an excellent flavoring addition to meat and vegetable dishes. Due to its drought resistance and love for heat, the plant is easy to grow in pots: it is recommended to use a container with a volume of at least 1.5 liters and ensure sufficient lighting, especially during the warm season on a balcony or windowsill. For winter, plants are moved to a cool room or basement where they withstand lower temperatures.

In terms of care, "ROZMARINE" is an undemanding plant: it prefers a sunny location and ordinary soil of normal quality, including chernozem. Watering does not require high frequency, but moderate moisture must be maintained during droughts. The plant is self-pollinating, which simplifies its cultivation at home. Due to its resilience to climatic conditions and ease of care, "ROZMARINE" becomes a popular choice for both home gardens and landscape design, where it can be used as a border.
