Melissa «COOL» – fragrant perennial herbaceous shrub with a bright lemon scent and honey notes. Plants reach a height of 45–55 cm, bush diameter 35–45 cm, and the green mass yield is from 2.5 to 3 kg per square meter. Seeds germinate quickly: from germination to the beginning of flowering takes only 70–80 days, and the second growth cycle is about 50 days after spring regrowth.

«COOL» differs in early fruiting and resistance to diseases and pests. Thanks to the strong citrus aroma, the plant attracts beneficial insects and repels pests, making it an excellent companion for tomatoes and other vegetables in the garden. In container culture on a balcony, melissa grows easily without requiring large areas.

The variety has high aroma intensity, which is preserved even after collecting leaves. This makes it a popular choice both for aromatizing rooms and for preparing infusions, teas, and dishes with a refreshing taste.
