Rose RUICL 1632A

A compact focal point: why choose RYUICL 1632A

In the segment of low-growing shrub roses, Dutch breeding from De Ruiter Intellectual Property holds a unique position, prioritizing blooming intensity over sheer bush size. The RYUICL 1632A variety is a solution for those seeking a balance between classical aesthetics and practical maintenance. Standing up to 60 cm tall, these roses are perfect for the front row of flower beds or as mobile accents in container gardens.

Visual profile and key features

A signature feature of this hybrid is its unusual color interplay. The fusion of red and purple hues creates a deep, saturated tone that resists fading better than pure red varieties. The semi-double blooms, measuring 5–7 cm in diameter, maintain a classic shape that remains tidy even after heavy rainfall.

• Compactness: Ideal for small gardens and border plantings where a neat crown shape is essential.
• Versatility: Suitable for both professional landscape design and cut flower arrangements; small bouquets from these roses look remarkably elegant.
• Pragmatism: The lack of strong fragrance is a distinct advantage for those sensitive to scents or for those planning to plant roses near seating areas and open terraces.

Strengths and considerations

The main benefit of the RYUICL 1632A is its predictable growth and high decorative value in small spaces. Unlike large climbing roses, this shrub does not require complex pruning or support systems. However, it is important to note that to ensure abundant blooming, the variety requires regular fertilization, as its compact size supports a high metabolic rate. It is an optimal choice for landscape designers and gardeners who value structure and color purity in their floral arrangements.
