Rose KORcut0159

German Engineering in Floriculture

When professional growers evaluate a variety for mass production or landscaping, the КОРкут0159 rose from the legendary W. Kordessohne Rosenschulen & Kg nursery is often cited for its reliability. Developed by a team of experts including Hans Jurgen Evers and the Kordes family, this hybrid represents the pinnacle of practical breeding.

Why it stands out

• Disease Resistance: Its significant resistance to powdery mildew makes it a low-maintenance choice, reducing the need for aggressive fungicide applications.
• Commercial Appeal: The classic bloom shape and deep red color are the industry benchmarks for floral arrangements, ensuring strong demand in the cut flower market.
• Growth Habit: Designed for performance, it maintains a tidy, architectural bush shape that excels both in high-density greenhouse production and garden borders.

One distinct characteristic of KОРкут0159 is its lack of fragrance. While some enthusiasts look for scent, in the cut-flower business, a non-fragrant rose is often preferred for events, hotels, and interior décor where strong floral aromas can be overwhelming or trigger allergies.

KОРкут0159 is the ideal solution for those who prioritize long-term performance over fleeting beauty. It is a robust, predictable, and visually stunning variety that fits perfectly into a professional agricultural portfolio.
