Rose CLEO

Aesthetic Appeal and Functional Versatility

The 'Cleo' rose, produced by the Russian nursery 'Novaya Gollandiya', is a well-balanced shrub rose that serves both professional floriculture and private landscaping needs. With a compact growth height of 60-80 cm, this cultivar fits seamlessly into the foreground or mid-border of gardens, creating a powerful visual impact without overwhelming the landscape.

Practical Applications in Horticulture

• Cut Flower Production: The classic flower shape, combined with an impressive size of 10-15 cm, makes 'Cleo' a highly sought-after variety for floristry. The density of the semi-double petals ensures excellent transportability and long-lasting vase life.
• Landscaping Solutions: Its compact habit makes this rose an ideal candidate for hedges and borders. When properly trained, it performs exceptionally well on trellises and arches, where the large pink blooms open fully to create a lush floral display.
• Bedding and Park Design: The resilience of the 'Cleo' cultivar makes it suitable for mass plantings in public parks and urban flowerbeds, where a consistently decorative appearance is required throughout the growing season.

When incorporating 'Cleo' into your planting scheme, it is important to note that this shrub requires regular pruning to maintain its shape and encourage successive blooming. The cultivar responds reliably to standard agrotechnical practices, making it a dependable choice for growers who prioritize a balance of aesthetic quality and predictable plant development.
