Dario belongs to the DSV PNN (Post NeoNicotinoid) hybrids, which have enhanced resistance to pests due to the plant's ability to quickly recover from tissue damage. This makes the variety especially reliable and resilient under harsh field conditions.

A unique feature of Dario is its low susceptibility to fusarium disease in both autumn and spring periods, achieved thanks to the presence of the RLM 7 gene. This resistance contributes to maintaining yield potential through dense plant stands and full plant health. A tall and mid-late maturing hybrid with controlled leaf biomass formation allows the plant to effectively utilize nitrogen, accumulating it in stems and roots, which promotes the formation of a large number of branches and pods. Due to the structure of its leaf apparatus and high stem, the plants receive better light exposure, mature faster, and ensure uniform crop maturation.

The Dario variety exhibits high winter hardiness, resistance to lodging, shattering, and drought, making it adaptable to various natural-climatic conditions. The recommended sowing rate is 400-500 thousand seeds per hectare, with a potential yield of 40-50 centners per hectare. Thanks to its characteristics and stability, Dario is a promising choice for producers aiming to achieve high and predictable results when growing winter rapeseed.
