Rapeseed V345OL

Maximizing Yield in Challenging Environments

The Monsanto B345OL rapeseed hybrid is a strategic choice for growers operating in high-pressure environments. Designed to mitigate risks associated with common diseases and pests, this hybrid allows farmers to secure high yields while maintaining a reasonable cost-to-benefit ratio regarding pesticide usage.

Key Resilience and Performance

The standout feature of B345OL is its inherent resistance profile. Specifically developed to withstand downy mildew (peronospora) and bacterial diseases, it is highly effective in fields prone to excessive moisture or where crop rotation frequency increases the risk of infection.

• Pest Management: The genetic defense mechanisms within B345OL provide significant protection against the pollen beetle and sawfly. This reduces the frequency of emergency insecticide applications during the critical flowering stage, preserving field productivity.
• Yield Potential: With a production potential ranging from 20 to 40 quintals per hectare (2000–4000 kg/ha), B345OL responds exceptionally well to refined fertilizer programs and optimized field management practices.

Operational Use Case

Growers typically select B345OL for land plots with a history of pest outbreaks or where the workload during the growing season requires a variety that can handle environmental stress independently. If your primary goal is to minimize risks from crop failure due to disease while achieving consistent, professional-grade output, this Monsanto hybrid offers the reliability needed for modern, efficient farming operations. It is a robust asset that allows for more flexible timing in field interventions.
