SENSATION — this is a high-yielding hybrid of winter rape (Brassica napus var. napus) type 00, characterized by the absence of erucic acid and low glucosinolate content. The hybrid belongs to the medium-maturing varieties with a vegetation period of about 258 days and is included in the State Register for the North Caucasus region. It demonstrates good early growth and high winter hardiness, rated at 2.9 points, ensuring successful winter survival and formation of a strong rosette in autumn. SENSATION is distinguished by high resistance to lodging and comprehensive protection against diseases, including phoma and white spot. Moreover, the hybrid exhibits high resistance to pod cracking, which contributes to maintaining yield. Average seed yield is about 9.0 t/ha, with oil content in seeds reaching 49.2%, and oil harvest reaching 13.3 t/ha, making this hybrid attractive for oilseed production.
