SY Carlo — an early classical hybrid of winter rape, intended for cultivation in various climatic zones of Ukraine, including the Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polissia. The plants are characterized by high height and intensive branching, which contributes to the formation of long pods and high yield potential. Thanks to its medium-early vegetation recovery and very high growth rates, SY Carlo reaches its optimal development phase in autumn within a short period, ensuring successful rooting and preparation for winter.
One of the key advantages of this hybrid is its high oil content in seeds — 47.8%, making it especially valuable for rapeseed oil production. The rapeseed oil from SY Carlo is widely used in the food industry, including for culinary products, as well as in soap, margarine, and biofuel production. The seeds contain a complex of beneficial substances, including proteins, fats, carbohydrates, as well as essential microelements and vitamins, further enhancing their value.
