Guarantee is a variety of winter oilseed rape (Brassica napus var. napus) 00 type, characterized by the absence of erucic acid and low glucosinolate content. It belongs to mid-season varieties and was bred at the FNTS «VNIIM them. V.R. Williams» in the Moscow region. The variety is included in the State Register for the Central and Central Chernozem regions of Russia, which confirms its adaptation to these climatic conditions. The plant has an average stem length with lateral branches, green long leaves with medium serration on the edge, and yellow petals of medium length and width. A feature of the variety is the absence or very weak formation of inflorescences in the year of sowing when sown in spring.

Guarantee demonstrates stable yields, which average 11.4 t/ha in the Central region and about 10.0 t/ha in the Central Chernozem region. The maximum yield figures were achieved in the Bryansk region — up to 30.2 t/ha, while in the Kursk and Lipetsk regions, yields reached 39.8 and 40.4 t/ha, respectively. The weight of 1000 seeds varies from 3.7 to 5.0 grams depending on the region. The growing period lasts from 299 to 330 days. The variety has good resistance to lodging (4.5–5.0 points) and shattering (3.0–5.0 points), and winter hardiness is estimated at 2.4–3.4 points.

The fat content in the seeds of the Guarantee variety is at standard level and ranges from 43.7 to 46.7%. These indicators make the variety attractive for oil production. Thanks to its characteristics, the Guarantee variety is suitable for growing in regions with a temperate climate and provides stable yields when observing agrotechnical requirements. It is a reliable choice for farmers focused on obtaining high-quality raw materials for processing.
