Kamsin

Rapeseed variety Kamsin is a high-yielding winter hybrid with excellent adaptability to various climatic conditions. This variety is characterized by high frost resistance and drought tolerance, allowing successful cultivation in different regions. Plants have a compact form with strong compensatory ability, which helps maintain yield even under adverse conditions. Plant height reaches approximately 165–170 cm, with round and sufficiently thick stems, ensuring resistance to lodging.

Kamsin exhibits high resistance to diseases such as phomopsis and sclerotinia, as well as to pest damage. Flowers are racemose, 26–37 cm long, with yellow blooms. Pods are 8–10 cm long, containing 25–31 black, regular spherical seeds. The 1000-seed weight is 4.6–5.0 grams, with germination reaching 90–92%, ensuring good growth energy and seed purity.

The variety has high yield potential, reaching up to 55 centners per hectare, as well as high oil content in seeds — around 48%. The recommended seeding rate is 6 kg per hectare, providing a plant density of 85–105 plants per square meter. Thanks to its high winter hardiness, resistance to lodging and shattering, and ability for early planting, Kamsin is a reliable choice for farmers seeking a stable and high-quality rapeseed harvest.
