Rapeseed DK Starlet

Rapeseed DK Starlet is a medium-maturing winter hybrid designed for cultivation in the Clearfield production system. It features high cold resistance, drought tolerance, and resistance to pod cracking, ensuring reliable yield under various climatic conditions. The hybrid is recommended for cultivation in the Polissia, Forest Steppe, and Steppe regions, where it demonstrates stable productivity under optimal cultivation technologies and proper sowing dates, ranging from early (August 5-10) to late (August 20-30). For maximum efficiency, the use of morphoregulators and optimal seeding rates is recommended. DK Starlet has a high oil content in seeds, making it attractive for the oilseed industry. The hybrid exhibits high compensatory ability and responds well to elevated nitrogen nutrition, facilitating maximum yield potential under adequate soil moisture. Due to its high branching intensity and adaptability to various soil types, this rapeseed ensures stable and high yields, reaching a potential of up to 65 centners per hectare. Additionally, DK Starlet exhibits comprehensive resistance to major diseases, including phoma and turnip yellow mosaic virus (TYMV), ensuring plant survival throughout the growing season. High winter hardiness enables successful winter survival under adverse conditions, and its adaptability to various agronomic practices makes this hybrid a versatile choice for intensive cultivation technologies across various regions of Ukraine.
