Bogota

Bogota — a high-yielding winter rapeseed hybrid developed by the breeding company Mas seeds. This medium-maturing hybrid is characterized by rapid early growth and high yield potential, reaching up to 60 centners per hectare. Plants grow to a height of 160–180 cm, and the oil content in seeds is 47–49%, making it attractive for oilseed production. The cultivation technology is classical, allowing flexible adaptation of agronomy to different conditions.

The Bogota hybrid exhibits excellent resistance to various stress factors and diseases. It demonstrates high winter hardiness and drought resistance, rated at 8 out of 10, as well as lodging resistance rated at 9. Additionally, the hybrid is resistant to diseases such as phoma, sclerotinia, and verticillium, ensuring stable yields and reducing the risk of losses.

The recommended seeding rate depends on soil moisture: 350–450 thousand seeds per hectare under adequate moisture, and 300–400 thousand seeds under unstable conditions. The hybrid adapts well to various soil-climate conditions, especially in the Polissia and Forest Steppe regions.
