Lady Jane

Lady Jane potato is a table medium-early variety with a vegetation period of 70-80 days. The tubers have an elongated-oval shape and weigh between 114 and 142 grams. The tuber skin is reddish, while the flesh is tender yellow with excellent flavor.

This variety belongs to culinary type B, making it versatile for cooking: Lady Jane potato is ideal for boiling, frying, making mashed potatoes, and salads. Thanks to its flavor profile, it is an excellent choice for various dishes.

A distinctive feature of the Lady Jane variety is its high drought resistance with minimal water requirements, ensuring a stable yield even under challenging climatic conditions. Additionally, the potato exhibits good resistance to late blight, scab, rust, and dark spot formation. Each plant can produce up to twelve high-quality tubers.
