Yuryevsky

Yuryevsky sunflower is a high-oil hybrid specially recommended for cultivation in steppe regions. The crop's vegetative period is about 101 days, allowing for a stable harvest at optimal times. Plants reach a height of 150-155 cm, and the seeding density at harvest time is 50-55 thousand plants per hectare. One of the key characteristics of this hybrid is its high seed oil content — from 50 to 52%, making it attractive for producing high-quality oil.

The Yuryevsky hybrid is distinguished by increased resistance to diseases such as white and gray mold, as well as to the pest — the cutworm — significantly reducing the risk of crop loss. Additionally, the crop exhibits high resistance to seed shattering, which simplifies harvesting and increases collection efficiency. For weed control, it is recommended to use herbicides HarneS or Fusilade Super, and for combating fungal diseases — the preparation Derozal, which contributes to maintaining plant health and increasing yield.
