The vegetative period ranges from 90 to 105 days, making this hybrid ideal for cultivation in various climatic zones of Ukraine, including Polissia, Forest Steppe, and Steppe. Plants reach a height of about 160 cm, and the flower head diameter is approximately 22-23 cm, contributing to high yield.
The hybrid exhibits high drought and stress tolerance, confirmed by a tolerance rating of 7 out of 10. Additionally, ES Amis CL shows good resistance to common sunflower diseases such as downy mildew (up to five races), Phomopsis, white mold, phomosis, and verticillium wilt. High resistance to lodging (9 out of 10) ensures crop preservation and simplifies harvesting. The 1000-seed weight is approximately 60 grams, and oil content reaches 49%, making this hybrid attractive for oil production.
