OLLYMI KL is a mid-season hybrid sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) designed for cultivation using Clearfield and Clearfield Plus technology. The plant is of medium height, non-branching, with large green leaves of medium bubbleiness and serrated edges. Ray florets have an orange elongated hue, while tubular florets are yellow, lacking or having weak anthocyanin pigmentation in the stigmas. The head is of medium size, turning downward at maturity, with a flat seed side. The seed is of medium size, broadly oval, brown in color with marginal stripes and no spotting. The hybrid is characterized by high yield—up to 31,� centners per hectare, and the oil content in seeds reaches 46.0%. According to the manufacturer, OLLYMI KL is resistant to imidazolinone herbicides, which facilitates weed control and enhances cultivation efficiency. However, the hybrid is not resistant to rust. This sunflower is widely used in agriculture for oil production and other processing products of oilseeds.
